Open to ages 16+, our Adults Karate programme is suitable for complete beginners as well as those returning to martial arts. Classes combine traditional karate with practical, engaging training to improve fitness, strength, coordination, confidence and self defence skills. With a relaxed, supportive atmosphere and no egos or points to prove, everyone can learn at their own pace, challenge themselves and enjoy the journey.
