Based in Redditch and Kings Heath we’re a family run karate club dedicated to giving students the tools to grow in confidence, discipline, and resilience. Here, we combine the spirit of continuous improvement with collaboration and progress, helping every student overcome challenges and take their journey one step at a time.

At Kaizen Black Belt Academy in Redditch and Kings Heath, we offer kids karate classes for children aged 3 and up, plus our brand-new adults karate classes starting in June 2026. Our children’s beginner programs include Little Kickers Karate (age 3), Little Ninjas Karate (ages 4–7), and Ultimate Kids Karate (ages 8+). Students then progress to Black Belt Club, our intermediate and advanced classes. We also have our Adults Karate program for students aged 16+. Each class is designed to build confidence, focus, and life skills – discover more about them below.

Kids Karate Classes in Redditch, Martial Arts for Children

A fun and engaging martial arts class designed especially for 3 year olds. Through playful activities, basic karate moves, and lots of encouragement, children build coordination, confidence, and focus – all while having loads of fun. The perfect first step before joining our full karate program.

A fun, high energy karate class for 4 to 7 year olds – the perfect next step from Little Kickers or a great place to begin! Every session builds confidence as kids overcome challenges, make noise, and learn through play.

A perfect starting point for older beginners age 8 and over, or those stepping up from Little Ninjas. Students build confidence by learning the foundations of karate in a fun, structured way before progressing to our intermediate program.

An intermediate class where students take their karate to the next level – our future Black Belts. From solid foundations to advanced mastery, it’s fast-paced, technical, and fiercely fun. Sharpen your skills while sweating it out with the best!
